The new computer has arrived and we are back on line. That's the good news. The bad news is my old computer had been encrypted with a new virus and I lost all of my pictures. I had literally thousands of them. My fault for not having them backed up. The computer guru kept the hard drive and said one day there would be a decryption program written and he would be able to unlock them. (lost everything else on the computer also)By the way he traced the virus all the way to someplace in Russia. For six hundred dollars they would remove the encryption. No guarantees. They can hold their breaths waiting for that payment! On to the latest fishing news. Tuna fishing has been spotty. Some days the yellowfin bite has been great, other days just average. The first Blue Marlin of the year was caught on Friday. Hope that a good sign for the coming season. The first school of the giant bluefin tuna was sighted this week also. Maybe and early arrival can be anticipated.
We are now taking bookings for the 2015 season. I wouldn't wait too long for the May, June or July dates as they are quickly being booked. September is filling fast also, with one third of the month booked for the marlin fishing season.
I will try to post some pictures as soon as I learn to download them from my iphone. (my thousand dollar Nikon took a dump back in September) It has been an expensive fall. Looking forward to hearing for my old and new customers. in 2015.
Here is wishing everyone a prosperous and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

P.S. The FINTASTIC will once again be the chase boat for the Nat Geo show Wicked Tuna: North vs South. There are some interesting developments happening this year so be sure and stay tuned.
